Refund policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we generally can't accept returns once a file has been delivered.

If your file won't download, won't open, or isn't what the listing describes, email german@hallhouselabs.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll fix the problem or resend the file, and if we can't make it right, we'll give you a full refund.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
